Kawamata Tadashi will be participating in Helsinki Biennial which will take place for the first time from 12 June to 26 September on Vallisaari island in the Helsinki Archipelago. For the biennial, he built a temporary landmark, Vallisaari Lighthouse using scrap lumber and other waste found on the island. the work can be seen from far at sea and from neighboring islands and the Helsinki waterfront.

6月12日から9月26日までヘルシンキのヴァッリサーリ島で開催されるヘルシンキビエンナーレに参加いたします。川俣は島に見つけた廃材などを使用しVallisaari Lighthouseを制作しました。周辺の島々やヘルシンキの港からもその姿を見ることができます。
