【川俣正】9月11日(金）から、横浜・BankART Station、BankART Temporary、馬車道駅構内にて、新作のプロジェクトを含めたプログラム、「BankART Life VI 「都市への挿入」」が開催されます。 本プログラムは、急ピッチで開発が進むみなとみらい地区を「アーバンミュージアム」として位置づけ、建築的な表情をもつアートインスタレーションによって、都市に棲む人が自由に楽しめる散策路を構築します。インスタレーションを都市に挿入することで、これまで潜んでいた都市の構造や仕組みをディスクローズすることを試みます。10月11日までの開催です。横浜にお立ちよりの際は、是非ご高覧ください。

New project by Tadashi Kawamata, ” BankART Life VI: Insertion into City Life” at BankART Station and so on, will be held from September 11 to October 11, 2020. This exhibition names Minato Mirai distinct as “Urban Museum”, where is under a rapid urban-development. With an architectural art installation, Kawamata constructs a walking path that urban people can freely enjoy. Through creating an installation into a city, Kawamata tries to disclose the tacit structure and system of urbanized city. If you are to come nearby Yokohama, please don’t miss this opportunity.
